Our approach

Our improvements are guided by WCAG 2.2 Level AA best practices, including readable contrast, meaningful headings, visible keyboard focus, labeled form fields, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences. This is an improvement target, not a certification of complete conformance.

Email rowl.ryle@gmail.com with “Website accessibility” in the subject, or call 423-972-0319. If you can, describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, and what happened. Sharing your browser or assistive technology is optional.

We can discuss the information or support you need through email or telephone if a website feature is difficult to use. Do not include sensitive personal records in a barrier report.
