Website information and project agreements

The site describes our work and provides a way to contact us. General descriptions are not a binding quote, guaranteed deadline, or promise of business results. A paid engagement should have a written agreement identifying the contracting parties, scope, fees, payment schedule, revisions, third-party costs, cancellation and refunds, ownership, handover, and support terms. Contact us if your agreement leaves a question unanswered.

Client workspace

Access is for authorized clients and team members. Keep credentials private, sign out on shared devices, and contact us if access may have been compromised. Do not access another client’s information, evade access controls, upload malicious material, or misuse the service. An access request does not automatically create an account or purchase a service.

Requests and availability

You can submit an update request at any time. Review and completion depend on availability and your agreed scope. This is not a promise of immediate response, continuous staffing, uninterrupted service, or emergency support.

Your content

Only send content you are authorized to share. Avoid passwords, payment-card details, government IDs, sensitive health information, or confidential customer records in messages. Permission to use project materials and ownership of finished deliverables should be addressed in your written project agreement.

Intellectual property and external links

Gulf Coast Visions branding and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, images, and project materials belong to their respective owners. Portfolio links show existing previews; linked sites can change and are operated separately. They do not imply guaranteed results or endorsement of every statement on those sites.

No guaranteed outcomes

Website design and support do not guarantee sales, search rankings, traffic, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted availability. Website information is general business information, not legal, tax, or professional advice.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these website terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific warranties, liability allocation, dispute procedure, or governing-law provision should be agreed in the relevant project contract.
