Information handled through this website

• Website visits: our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
• Email and telephone contact: when you contact a team member, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact information, business, and message. Email and telephone providers also process those communications.
• Client-access requests: business name, website URL, email, optional phone number, request status, and submission time are stored for our team to review and arrange access.
• Client accounts: the workspace stores client identity, business website, email, password hashes, invitation status, settings, and support messages. A temporary session token and limited client details are kept in your browser’s session storage for sign-in.

To limit repeated login and access requests, the server also keeps short-lived attempt counters identified by a keyed hash of an IP address, rather than storing the raw IP address in those counters. Counters expire after one minute and expired entries are removed during later requests. Hosting logs and provider backups have separate retention.

Why information is used

We use these details to respond to inquiries, review access requests, provide and support the client workspace, manage projects, and protect the service. Contact details submitted for client access are not an agreement to receive marketing emails.

Providers and sharing

Netlify hosts the site and provides the client workspace’s server functions and storage. Client invitation emails can be delivered through Resend when that service is configured. Messages sent to the published Gmail addresses are processed by Google. Authorized team members review inquiries and workspace requests. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably needed to address misuse or protect legal rights.

Portfolio previews are links to separate sites. This website does not automatically embed those previews. Choosing a link sends a request to the destination, which has its own privacy practices.

Cookies, storage, and analytics

The public pages do not install Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party portfolio embeds. Client sign-in uses browser session storage. Technical processing by hosting and email providers is separate from public-page advertising tracking. Read our Cookies & Storage notice for details.

Retention and safeguards

Information is kept for account administration, project support, security, and applicable business or legal needs. Contact us about information that is no longer needed or an account you want closed. Deletion may be limited by active projects, legal obligations, and provider backup cycles. Please do not submit sensitive personal records or credentials through inquiries or support requests. No online system can promise absolute security.

Your requests

Email rowl.ryle@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject to ask about information associated with you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing account information. Do not email government identification documents. Additional rights and obligations may depend on your location and applicable law.

Children

This is a business-services website and client workspace, not a service directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

Changes and scope

We update this notice when website practices change. The date above identifies this version. Client project agreements or notices for separately operated client websites may address additional data processing; this notice does not describe every client’s website.
